I don't know the name of my optometrist but her surname was Patel. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. I did not have to wait long and it was over quite quickly which was ideal as I was on my lunchbreak from work. She told me I don't need glasses and won't need another eye test for two years so wasn't able to make any recommendations, because my vision is good. She did however give me some advice about my workplace such as using eyedrops and taking regular breaks as I sit at a computer screen all day under very harsh lighting. I didn't pay for the eye test as I had a promotional email from Boots for a free one but even if I'd paid £25 I would have been happy with the service provided.
