I was pleased that my appointment started as scheduled. The optician was extremely efficient. The care at the beginning was very professional and in fact highlighted something which I wasn't aware of and made my decision buying effective. The store had a good range of glasses and while I didn't have loads of time to really browse, the young lady helping me was extremely efficient and helpful. This enabled me to choose new glasses. While my major issue is about the whole cost of glasses which I still feel is far too high, I'm nevertheless pleased with what I've ordered. Cost continues to be something which I strongly believe should be looked at. Designer frames with the cost of lens is simply reaching levels which I truly believe is something which needs looking at. The advice given was clear and precise and I also learnt something I wasn't aware of before. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experiences at the branch of Boots I attended.
