Despite a power cut my appointment was quickly rearranged.The optometrist was professional and caring and the team helped to arrange replacement glasses for my ekderly parent quickly and without fuss Ubalso coincidentally dealtvwith the manager too who was also effucient friendly and helpful in dealing with my request.Brilliant service
