I arrived to my appointment early but the team were extremely helpful and found time to accommodate me. Not only that, they noticed I also had an afternoon appointment for contact lenses and were able to conduct both there and then so that I didn't need to make a second journey. They went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn't inconvenienced and its that efficiency, without losing the personal touch, which will make sure I recommend the branch to others!

Overall, I am happy with Boots London - Strand. The eye check went well as expected. However, I was feeling the sale was pushed a bit too much. At the end, I did not feel comfortable talking to the person anymore, which is a distraction for me to make a good decision on choosing the right pairs.
