The optician I had was the nicest I have had. She very clearly explained everything in detail so I understood.

Everything was great until going to purchase glasses. The sales staff downstairs didn't know how to use the voucher my work place had given me so half the time was spent them trying to find out how. By the time we knew what I was entitled to I didn't have enough time to choose anything. Other than that everything was fine.
