I was given a hand-written prescription which I found I could not read when I got home. Confusion with 2, 5 and 0. No decimal points used. I called to ask for this to be clarified and got a photo of the same prescription which had been scribbled on to improve it somewhat. I had to call again to be sure. I would expect a printed form with n/a or zero where necessary. When I had a test at Tesco some years ago (free) I got a printed form with much more information. The shop did not have the frames I wanted. The assistant could not look up the Boots website because of 'the crazy system'. So I could not get glasses. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
