Booking the intial appointment over the phone was not smooth, as the operator put me on hold three times due to computer problems. Asked many of my details more than once, as we had to go back to beginning when looking up alternatives to appoitment times. The call took too long. He was friendly though. The prescreening at Boots went quite smoothly, and the staff was ready to see me as soon as I arrived. The optometrist seem dedicated to her work and offering customers best possible service. She seemed kind of passionate about her job at Boots which was nice to see. Too often professionals in London act like they really dont care and are at work just to do what is required for monthly salary. Any question beyond the usual template isn't desired. This had been my experience at Specsavers, yet Boots was more professionally accommodative. Thanks! This was enough for me and my eyes but mayb someone with more eye problems should go see a practise with links to eye doctors.
