The service was great, the optometrist was very kind, really made my day. Although she wasn't able to check my Ortho-K contact lenses, she suggested specialized clinics that I could visit. The only problem I have however is the price, and I'm not even the most price-sensitive of consumers. I suggest that you offer different packages for the eye tests, where simpler tests can be less costly. So for instance, I only wanted to check if my cornea was okay (my wearing Ortho-K lenses rendered vision tests superfluous), but had to undertake the full eye examination, with vision tests, peripheral vision, etc. etc. that I really didn't need. Also, from the website I thought I could be NHS-funded (18 years old, full-time student), although I'm not a UK citizen but I'm part of NHS anyway...? I would have liked a better explanation of this, instead of getting my concerns dismissed.
