I received great care from khush. my inquiry went on for 2 days to make sure I was getting the correct spectacles. My first appointment took a long time to make a decision but Khush was extremely patient. We agreed that I will come back the next day as my mind would be fresh.
I arrived as arranged on time. Khush was there to meet me and we went through the previous frames again. Khush remained patient and explained everything again to me.
This time it was easier to make up my mind and identify the frame I wanted. And I went ahead with my transaction. I was pleased with what I chose and I will make an appointment to see Khush when I come for collection of my glasses.
I would like to thank Khush for the great service she gave me.

My appointment was scheduled for 6.05pm and when I arrive at 6pm, I was told I was going to wait 10-15 mins because the optician had just taken a customer in. I waited 20 mins, after which the optician still didn't come.
I told a colleague that I would wait 5 more mins or else would leave. It's fine to let me know that the optician is late, but I waited longer than I should have. The colleague in the end wait to check if someone else could do my appointment and turns out there were about 5 opticians people chatting at a counter!
This is really frustrating and as a Boots employee, I think it's important that I share this feedback so that our customers don't have to experience it.
Fantastic service and assistance from Khush who helped me decide on a pair of glasses with great frames and lenses recommendations based on my facial features. She was very patient and was very keen to ensure I left happy with my choice. She was fantastic! Thank you!
Once my contact lenses were ordered, the service was less than satisfactory. I had to call the branch as I was not contacted to say my lenses had arrived. They arrived three days after my checkup. Staff ( I have all names) allege that a member of staff called me on my mobile. No call was received on my mobile or message left for me to return a call (I have both voicemaila and notifications for missed calls). The assistant manager told me that if they cannot get hold of their clients via the phone, a card is posted to alert the client. No card was received and the person who alledgedly made the call and then should have sent the card was not in. My appointment and my ordering of a new set of lenses was on 6th August. According to their records, my new lenses arrved at the branch on 9th August, no contact was made with me. I called on 14th August as I was concerned by the lack of contact. I will be following up with an official complaint as I am highly unimpressed with the customer services. The only professional people who dealt with me were Sharon and Idris.
