I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Whilst the Optometrist apologised, it is not always acceptable as my visit was during my lunch hour. Also previously I have asked Boots to contact me regarding my previous visit and no-one has done so. It is totally pointless filling in these surveys.
