I came to the store because I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. An extremely helpful lady named Kush set about solving all my issues, booked me an eye test then sought an immediate gap today to accelerate it, so that I might have glasses in time for a hospital operation on Monday. This was important to me and I am most grateful to her. In addition to tests, she took me to the Optician Nadia who was also a delight and a great help in managing a change to trial variable contact lenses. I am so impressed with the quality of these staff and the care given. As well as the general helpfulness and attitude of the other staff around.

Sukru was extremely helpful and patient. He was attentive and responsive to my concerns. Kush assisted me on a subsequent appointment and was also extremely professional.

My Optometrist was a young man called Idrees. He was excellent - very clear about what he was doing or about to do. He put me at ease and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with his level of service. Would definitely be happy to have him again. After my prescription was sorted Filis was assigned to help me with choice of frames. He was really good. I was not happy spending a lot of money on frames and changed my mind on one occasion. Filis was polite, cheerful and above all diligent in making sure I was happy. Brilliant, just been - Optometrist great and had samples of new lenses to try, Sukru was a great help with choosing glasses and Khush fitted them nicely. I'm fussy about my eyes and I've been coming here for years.

Ankit Patel the optometrist was extremely polite, friendly and very professional not only did the eye examination went well he exceeded expectations and recommended some glasses and contacts and some eye drops. I think his customer service was amazing and outstanding compared to most that I have seen before in other branches.
