Meera, explained what was going on with my eyes, she was clear and asked me if I wanted any more information. She was very professional. The only thing I would say could be improved is your eye machines although the lady doing the tests on me wiped where I put my chin and I think she wiped where I rested my head. I noticed a bit of a smell and other parts of the machines were dirty. They should give them a deep clean at the end of each day.
