Optical consultant Celija on the first floor was really helpful and quick to attend to a problem I had with my lenses prescription. She went the extra mile and helped me resolve it and get new monthly lenses even though the optometrist from the bishopgate branch was not responding on the phone. She was very friendly and professional and should be an example to her colleagues. She definitely made my day, thanks.
