ruta gives excellent customer service, knowledgeable, efficient, quick n caring nadia siddiqi is eloquent, precise n caring, very experienced and proficient and i was very reassured by her advice and results videeta is a keen, very helpful and caring- she held my mums hand and conversed in her native language which made my mum very comfortable. videeta also consulted other members of her team when necessary and tested my eyes very proficiently upkar is a great manager and conversed well and gave good explanations for my queries, he asked my mum whether she would like to have her hearing test, this information should be given by colleagues thereby saving the time of a manager! best wishes!!
