Efficient service. I was particularly impressed by my optician explaining to me what she was doing and answering my questions: I asked how she ascertained that I had good eye health and she took time to explain what she was looking for in the retinal photograph of my eye which she was reviewing; she was very clear in explaining why my prescription had changed, too. A very easy and reassuring eye check visit.
