There was a delay at the start even though I was the first appt of the day so Kishan stepped in and took over my appt. He was excellent - was thorough but still got the appt back on schedule so i wasn't late for work (which is why I'd booked an early appt). And the reception staff were v helpful when they realised i was waiting unnecessarily.
