The service I received from the optometrists was great although once the consultation finished, I was passed on to a saleswoman to show me pairs of glasses. I told her what style I was looking for and would like only to go with cheap retro aviator-like black or silver frames. She would only show me the exact opposite ; expensive high end coloured frames in shades of pinks and blues or tiny glasses with no frames at all. I felt I was not listened at all, I was annoyed and left the store empty handed.
