I came to the store because I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. An extremely helpful lady named Kush set about solving all my issues, booked me an eye test then sought an immediate gap today to accelerate it, so that I might have glasses in time for a hospital operation on Monday. This was important to me and I am most grateful to her. In addition to tests, she took me to the Optician Nadia who was also a delight and a great help in managing a change to trial variable contact lenses. I am so impressed with the quality of these staff and the care given. As well as the general helpfulness and attitude of the other staff around.
