I had a great experience in the boots opticians at Paternoster Square. The staff were friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. They put me at ease throughout my visit and the process was smooth from initial eye check up to opticians review into selecting some new glasses.

I asked for an emergency appointment as I had what I thought was a scratch on my eye. The level of service throughout the whole process was outstanding. It actually felt I was receiving healthcare rather than just a check up. I have an ulcer on my eye which is now being treated and I have a follow up check next week Customer for life
