When option for glasses are given, prices for extras need to be told transparently. Now, they were just asking whether I would like this option, without saying that it actually costs £80. Not good customer experience

The service was friendly and professional. The appointment started on time which is important to me as I am on my lunch break. Felt confident in the contact lens check up and the advice to me was clear.

I had problems with my existing glasses and walked in to the Boots London Bishopsgate store where I was immediately served by Rose who was extremely courteous and helpful, despite the fact that I was not there to actually buy anything, regardless of this she gave me time , looked at my glasses for me and actually fixed them on the spot ,which was extremely helpful .Really good service ,thank you Rose! I had really great service from Sunnil. He was friendly, polite but more importantly, managed to sort me out with distance sunglasses in a day - critical as I go on holiday at the weekend and even arranged for them to be delivered to my local Boots.
