Jaymar Darjee was very professional, pleasant and very helpful. I was really happy by everyone who assisted me during my eye test. The hygiene of the place was also very good and the duration was just perfect.

Very friendly and professional. No delays in starting the appointment and glasses were available on time and are great. Particularly appreciated the service of Anna who took me through the different frames (it was my first time) and gave gentle but honest feedback on the ones I tried on, which was great.

My appointment started on time, which was very pleasing. The optometrist and assistants were very thorough in doing their tests and explained the aim of each machine. Tom, the optometrist was particularly patient as he was trying to get my prescription absolutely correctly and understand what changed since last time. Afterwards I had a contact lens appointment that went well. Since I also wanted new glasses, they even proposed that they let me wear temporary contact lenses to see how the frames fit me. That was absolutely great because I had never been able to see how frames fit me before because of the absence of lenses.
