I spoke to Mandeep to arrange an appointment conveniently for the time and date I requested and managed to confirm this straight away. When arrived at the branch I was well greeted by all the staff. Throughout the first process of the eye testing Mandeep guided me and explaining everything and answering questions I had. Again throughout the second part of the eye testing and the consultation with Jay was great. Good explanation and detailed process. Jay gave some recommendations and advice. Afterwards Mandeep took me through the whole process and recommendations again and asked if I had any further questions. The overall experience was excellent. Well done Team Boots!
