Tom, the Optometrist, was very clearly spoken and very friendly. He approached me with great care although I was a bit nervous at first. Rose, the Pre-screener was outstandingly approachable, friendly and easy going who made my first walk in to the opticians a very pleasant experience. Ahmed, the dispenser who was showing me different options of glasses, was very knowledgable, had a sense of humour and very willing to adapt to my needs. I would not be tempted to go anywhere else as I am really satisfied with the excellent overall treatment they have given me. definitely one of the best team I have seen.
