all was good, the process was quick and easy, the doctor and assistants were helpful throughout the entire process. i did not feel rushed, i was given plenty of time to decide on a frame and my lens choice. my options were clearly explained and i felt satisfied overall. i would highly recommend boots opticians to any of my spectacle wearing friends.
