My eyes were tested by Tom, who was very patient and understanding, happy to answer any questions and explained things clearly. I was then helped by Nicky in choosing my glasses. And can only say that she made things so easy, was really helpful in her views on the sort of glasses that would suit me and clearly understood my prescription and needs. I would definitely recommend .
