The consultation with the optician was good - but the preliminary tests were not a good experience: The test room has no door - Staff walk in and out all the time and talk. Staff chat at the desk immediately outside the door. In the waiting area, also immediately outside the door, a girl spoke loudly on her phone all the way through my tests. I mentioned this to the girl who was attending to me because she was quietly spoken and I had to keep asking her to repeat what she was asking me to do! My nerves were jangling. Some of these test you need to concentrate but the combination of all the chat and noises made the experience exhausting. Not good. As I waited to be called to see the optician I said to myself 'I'll not return here'.
