Rose was very friendly and helpful and took care of some of the eye exams I had to do that morning. All staff I talked to actually were friendly and helpful. The optometrist and opticians I saw were also friendly and explained clearly what they were doing and told me about my eyes health to a satisfactory level. No delay in seeing me so this is always a bonus as I had to go to work that morning
