I had problems with my existing glasses and walked in to the Boots London Bishopsgate store where I was immediately served by Rose who was extremely courteous and helpful, despite the fact that I was not there to actually buy anything, regardless of this she gave me time , looked at my glasses for me and actually fixed them on the spot ,which was extremely helpful .Really good service ,thank you Rose!
