Ayesha, Sheree and Emily were all very friendly. Their professionalism gave me complete confidence with my eyesight tests and resulting prescription and gave me the ability to make an informed choice of lens type and style of glasses. This friendly professionalism was again appreciated on the subsequent visit to collect my new eyewear. As a past DOLLAND & AICHESON customer, I continue to treasure the small shop team and the professional caring atmosphere that remains in the Halford Street premises. The only only problem was that my initial phone call was unanswered when I tried to make an appointment. Perhaps an answer-phone could be used during busy times, when all staff are attending to customers.

I visited this store for the first time last week and left very happy! The store has a good selection of frames to choose from and the staff were very friendly. It is clear that this store has a good team and is very organised as all my pre-tests were properly explained and Nehal (who tested my eyes) made me feel like she really cared about my eyes as she took the time to answer all my questions. I was also given a personalised recommendation pack with my prescription at the end so even though I didn't buy glasses on the day, I'm sure I will go back to this store when I am ready! Thank you.

I was first seen by Lee for some questions , who was very friendly. Then i saw Nehal for my appointment, who was very professional and answered all my questions. Finally i saw Emily to finish my appointment who was very polite.

The first man I saw was great the optician was great. But the lady helping me find glasses gave me prescription and basically told me to go away so I didn't purchase any glasses
