I have been having eye tests for many years at the Halford Street branch. Customer service is always very good. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Everything was great, very thorough. I instigated the talk about Contacts but this was not an issue. I was made a further appointment for 1 hour later but saw the same Optometrist. I only received one quote for lenses and this was for the top notch lenses with blue tints £450.00. I was not asked if I would like an alternative quote which was little disappointing. The contacts I need were not is stock but only took 24 hours to be ordered which is really quick. However I have to wait a week for an appointment to get them tried and fitted to see if they are ok.
