First class customer care as I have been accustomed to receive at Halford St, Leicester branch. Only slight inconvenience was waiting time for optometrist (30 mins approx.) who was running late.

Good thorough consultation from start to finish. The staff were very friendly from the initial journey of checking in at the appointment to finding a frame for my prescription. I feel that the optometrists should have name badges on and also at the very beginning of the consultation should introduce themselves.

There was delay for half an hour and was not happy as i had pay extra for parking as its in city centre, i got late for daughters swimming and missed half her class. Didnt tell me at the strat that they were running late
