Very professional and friendly staff who told me very clearly throughout what they were doing and why. The whole appointment took much longer than I expected. An indication of the the likely length of time taken for the appointment could be given when the appointment is made so that I can judge how much car parking to pay for. Thank you.

My biggest issue with this optician is the time you have to wait to be seen. It's the same every time. After the initial 2 minute chat about comfort of lenses with an assistant, I then had to wait at least 25mins. To see the optometrist.
