It was rushed. My eye test was less than 3 minutes. The Optometrist was very blunt. I sat in my daughters eye test and that too was rushed. She queried why she got one particular letter wrong. Her actions were so quick. My daughter felt rushed.

I have been going to that branch over 25 years, the service and the staff were the worst I have seen, not very helpful or friendly. The lady who helped me was very inexperienced and had to ask orther members of staff for help all the time.
