The Optometrist kept me waiting for my appointment for over 20 minutes, she was in the staff room laughing with her colleagues and talking about Nandos... During my test she asked someone to take over because she wanted to leave (I assume her shift was finished) which I thought was so rude. Will not be going back there.

All staff, from booking appointment to asking if any cancellations & getting earlier appointment were very friendly and helpful. Answered all my queries and explained everything to me about the different parts of the eye test . Optometrist discussed things with me at the right level for me. Very efficient but personal service.
