The level of customer service that was delivered to me was highly impressive in that each stage/machine of the process was thoroughly explained in a manner that was very simple to understand. Also, the reasoning behind each machine and what it was telling you was great to understand the health of my eye. Therefore, I could not fault the service that was delivered to me during my visit to the Boots Opticians.

There was an initial booking error where I wasn't showing on the system but I can't fault the manager Sam as he went over and above to get me in that day and as soon as possible too. The optometrist was lovely and explained all the checks and everything to me at each stage so I can't fault her either. My only item for improvement would be the booking system as I was lucky to be off yesterday and others might not have been so understanding.

This was my third visit, to look at glasses, since having an eye test several months ago. Having never had glasses before I have been very ambivalent and uncertain. Today however Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable that I finally felt confident enough to buy my first pair. The customer service was exemplary and made a potentially stressful event run smoothly and effortlessly. 10/10.
