This was my third visit, to look at glasses, since having an eye test several months ago. Having never had glasses before I have been very ambivalent and uncertain. Today however Tom was so helpful and knowledgeable that I finally felt confident enough to buy my first pair. The customer service was exemplary and made a potentially stressful event run smoothly and effortlessly. 10/10.
