I had a problem with the glasses I purchased and went back to the store on 22-4-17 to see about the problem .I first saw Moe and went through the details with him and he was very good and then the manager Sam came and went through the problem in a very good manner. He made an offer to solve the problem which was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. You could not have received better customer care anywhere than this and I will not hesitate to recommend Boots to anyone. Sam put me with Nicky to sort out some new frames etc. and she was also first class. Well done Boots a great company thank you so much.
