i went into boots today to sort out a problem with my new glasses ,having spoken to a lovely lady called Anne, who i must say was very helpful, answered all my questions, and having explained to me that my glasses were not fitting on the bridge of my nose properly, went to all lengths to make them fit it was eventually decided that would need a different pair. i would like to say that Anne went out of her way to find a new pair that were a perfect fit. Anne was very patient ,efficient and very professional. Thank you and well done.
