My appointment was at 3pm and l arrived five minutes before and reported to the receptionist who then told me to go up the stairs and someone would see to me. There were no staff there so l took a seat, then a member of staff came to fetch another lady who was also waiting. Other staff came into the waiting area but did not acknowledge me until 20 minutes later l was asked my name and was told l should have been there at 3pm. When l said l had been sitting there for over 20 minutes they said l hadn't been booked in that's why they didn't know l was there! How was l supposed to know that the receptionist downstairs hadn't booked me in! Apart from that l was happy with the eye test though l had to have one of my eyes photographed again which took up more time. I have to collect my new glasses in a weeks time so l hope the service will be better.
