Really good service - the person who was due to do my appointment was actually stuck on a train so I was offered an appointment with a pre-reg optometrist instead - It was explained he was pre-reg and the appointment would take longer so I felt I agreed to this appointment with informed consent. Taky was very further, explained everything and had a professional but relaxing manner - very good thank you
