My review was very professionally conducted which is more than can be said for the call centre arranging the appointment. Having confirmed I wanted my appointment for both eye test an contact lens check at Upper Brook Street Ipswich, when I turned up at the appointed time on Saturday there was no record of the appointment. It transpired he had booked me in to Stowemarket. I managed to have the contact lens check done that morning but had to rebook for the eye test the following weekend which was inconvenient. The staff at Ipswich were very helpful, however and did their best to sort me out a convenient rebooking. More care to confirm the details should be taken by the call centre.
