I visited Boots Optician at Upper Brook Street, Ipswich on 2016-08-22 with a view to changing my contact lens prescription, to include a multi-focal prescription. I had previously been supplied with a trial set by Pritesh, but on this visit my trial review was with Declan. All of the staff (from reception to checkout) were extremely professional, and in particular Declan, who was very proficient at assessing next steps, which required issuing another trial set because the initial set did not have a strong enough prescription. In addition to the multi-focal contact lens, I also brought along my existing spectacles to have the arms adjusted to prevent them falling off the bridge of my nose, and the adjustment was better than expected. I left the shop that day, having had a great customer experience, and I was very happy.
