I asked for a contact lens appointment to follow my routine test and it was easy to arrange. the staff and optometrist were helpful and explained clearly the process. I had a 'teach' about an hour later and the member of staff was incredibly patient as I tried again to fit and remove the lenses. follow up appointment made in two weeks.

I find boots opticians very thorough. I do not like having an eye test but at boots they put you at your ease. 3 years ago on a routine check a tumour was discovered in my left eye, which i have since had removed. I had no symptoms beforehand so was glad it was found when it was.
