After my eye test and change in prescription in may 2016, I was not encouraged or it was not suggested that my contact lenses mat need checking. It seemed quite OK to wait until my scheduled contact lenses check in July. I wasnt happy with the sight in my lenses, so arranged for a check myself. Then due to sickness of the optometrist (these things happen, then my busy schedule I did not actually see Rodney (who is marvellous btw) until recently. I have a stigmatism and we discovered that had changed as well as my prescription so the lenses not sitting right and making good team vision even worse. Now I know this is can look out for it now, just wish I knew that a few months back. I can not fault the friendliness and help fullness of all the regular staff at Ipswich, Tavern st

Time was taken to really explain the recommendations and to allow me to ask questions. I was never rushed and the optometrist was very knowledgeable.
