What was really good was the friendliness of all of the staff. I particularly liked my questions being answered clearly, I felt all the staff had time for me. I didn't feel as if I was on a conveyor belt of assessment. Well done to all of the people involved especially the optometrist.

Lady who took preliminary tests had bad cold and should have been at home. The optometrist was very thorough and friendly.

The staff were friendly and the optician was quite helpful, but I think there was an issue with the staff (some sort of arguement) playing out in front of the customers which wasn't very pleasant. If it was banter, it felt inappropriate for a workplace.
