I understand optimitrist was a Locum and was very scruffy One of the members of the general staff was very rude to the other staff members. We have used Boots for years for our eye tests and glasses, but we will be going elsewhere. The facilities are in need of update (one of the machines was broken) and the staff are not as professional (when the picture of my eye was so dark you couldn't see the image, the Optomitrist shrugged his shoulders !
