I asked for a contact lens appointment to follow my routine test and it was easy to arrange. the staff and optometrist were helpful and explained clearly the process. I had a 'teach' about an hour later and the member of staff was incredibly patient as I tried again to fit and remove the lenses. follow up appointment made in two weeks.
