I made an appointment to collect my spectacles and made a special trip in to do so. I expected them to be ready for collection and having made an appointment they would have prepared accordingly. On my arrival I was told to take a seat while they rummaged around in drawers looking for my spectacles. After 15 minutes I was told they were not in. I suggested that I should have been informed and they blamed the staff who had taken the delivery on the previous day. I feel that they should have checked on the morning of the appointment and notified me. I was not at all happy with this service. I was also unhappy with the optometrist who didn't seem to know at all what she was doing and had to keep going off to ask people. I have serious misgivings about whether my varifocals being correct but will not know until I pick them up.
