Making the appointment was very difficult as the website directed me to two old phone numbers and I gave up on the website and made the appointment on the phone. I also wanted to book an appointment for my wife in the branch but we had to look at 4 different dates which the website says was available before we found a time that was available. Frankly that is pathetic.
