I made the appointment by phone and got one straight away. I had tried previously over the weekend to use the computer but it blocked me at every turn. All done on the phone with a helpful person in about 3 minutes. My Optometrist was also helpful and willing to explain what he was doing, and the end result.
Jo, whom I have known for years, helped to choose frames and dealt with the prescription aspect, in her usual friendly, competent manner.

The staff were friendly & did few tests on us. I was given an option for contact lenses but Didn't want it. My daughter was given an option for NHS glasses. I was given reminders of my appointment.
I thought the eye test was thorough and the choice of frames was good too.
It's clear the staff have a sales agenda, there was almost disappointment that I did not need glasses so they started trying to sell sunglasses as a supposed precautionary requirement (it's February and snowing outside).
The result is I doubt there credibility.
